The feedback I’ve gotten so far is that we met our goal. What listeners have told me is that the podcast makes NeurOptimal® easily understandable. I’m really happy to hear that, because I know that people often struggle to understand and express how the sessions work..
They are generally very clear, however, that they do work – because of the results they see in their lives. Those results typically include decreased reactivity, reduced anxiety, lightened mood, better focus and better sleep. People who come for peak performance have seen positive changes, whether that’s at work in an organization or with the measurable results of a sport.
One of the things Christine and I talked about during the podcast is the ways NeurOptimal® differs from traditional neurofeedback. This includes why NeurOptimal® is so side effect free, in contrast to other neurofeedback systems which may be helpful but which are side effect prone. I believe NeurOptimal® is the state of the art, ahead of the field by at least a couple of decades.
If you’d like to listen, plan on about half an hour.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed being interviewed about my favorite subject. If you have questions after listening to the podcast, please post them here or email me.
