Dr. John H. Byrne is chairman of the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School. In an interview, he had three recommendations for promoting brain health. All of these are highly complementary with neurofeedback. They may also improve memory.

The healthier the brain the more benefit it will get from neurofeedback. It’s also interesting that most people who come for neurofeedback find after they’ve been training for awhile that it’s easier to do what’s good for them – and not do what isn’t!
