    I first published a blog post about the film you see below in 2010. I love this wonderful short film so much, that I’m putting it up again. It’s called Second Line and was directed and acted in by Danny Glover.  It’s inspiring.  It also made me laugh out loud. Liberty Mutual (which I have no connection to) funded it as part of The Responsibility Project.

    Reactivity – feeling stressed, anger, worry about things you can’t do anything about, for example, – tend to come down with training. We’re more able to stay present. Being able to pause for a moment before responding can work miracles. Doing “the right thing” becomes easier, even effortless.  And has a ripple effect, as the film shows…
