I wrote the first post for New York Neurofeedback’s blog in September of 2009. That makes the blog ten years old this month.
It’s been a lot of fun writing for the blog. Researching and watching for interesting post topics has been educational for me and has led me in directions I wasn’t expecting. It’s also improved my ability to talk about neurofeedback – what it is, what to expect, the many benefits.
Both clients and trainers will tell you it can be challenging to talk about the workings of the human brain. It’s the most complex system on the Earth. (Some say in the Universe, but I wonder how they know that?) And we are studying it with itself — quite a built in problem for any research project.
