Neurofeedback got an amazing amount of positive mentions in the press related to Olympic success. Just one example: Neurofeedback was used as in the training programs of the entire Canadian moguls and aerials teams.
Peak performance, of course, applies to anything we aspire to in life. Increasing your ability to stay in the moment (which often means less performance anxiety) improves everything from public speaking to shooting hoops to enjoying your children.
