  • Neurofeedback and the Arts

bigstock_Stage_1188152Can neurofeedback be helpful for those who work in one of the arts? In my experience, absolutely. This is often referred to as peak performance training. Some of the positive changes my creative clients have experienced are:

    • Elimination or reduction of stage fright.
    • Increased productivity.
    • Greater understanding of their own creative process.
    • Increased ability to stay focused.
