    Today is National Train your Brain Day.

    Using your brain is good for it. You can do brain exercises with puzzles such as suduko or crossword puzzles, and logic puzzles like, “If Mary has 10 apples and…” We all know those from grammar school. Or here is a website with 15 suggestions.
