     Neurofeedback for performance anxiety
Can NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® be helpful for those who work in the arts? In my experience, absolutely. Some of the positive changes my clients have experienced are:
    • Elimination or reduction of performance anxiety.
    • Increased productivity.
    • Greater understanding of their own creative process.
    • Increased ability to stay focused.
    • Increased ability to let go into creative “flow.”

    Neurofeedback for creativity

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback for AnxietyThe NeurOptimal® system we use at New York Neurofeedback is the state of the art in neurofeedback. These days, I see most people experiencing benefits after the first, second or third session, sometimes more. How many total sessions you come for is up to you. There is no recommended, standard amount.

The process is easy. You’ll be sitting in a comfortable reclining chair. There’s an interesting graphic to watch, or you can close your eyes. You’ll be listening to music composed specifically for NeurOptimal®. Tiny interruptions to the music bring your brain back to the present moment and give it an opportunity to observe itself in action, learn from what it observes and use that learning to optimize itself.

Because it’s your brain choosing when and how to make changes, NeurOptimal® is virtually side effect free. Most people find the sessions relaxing and pleasant.
