Probably anyone who has ever gotten behind the wheel has had the experience of not remembering whole chunks of the drive. I know I have. Today we have even more distractions available then when I first got my learner’s permit at 15 and a half.
In addition to increasing your safety and that of those around you, driving is another opportunity to practice being in the present moment.
