How to Become a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Trainer
The NeurOptimal® neurofeedback system is a beautifully designed system that takes advantage of the Central Nervous System’s powerful ability to take in information and use it to reorganize itself. For a potential trainer, if that’s you, it’s also easy to learn to operate.
This almost completely automated system gives the CNS information about what it’s doing, moment to moment, that it doesn’t get anywhere else. The CNS uses that information to optimize itself.
The only reason it’s not fully automated is that we still need human hands to attach the sensors to the scalp and ears. Most of the trainer’s job is education of the client, helping the client monitor their experience, and holding the space for change.
