Brain Training for Martial Arts and Combat SportsI exercise – yoga, aerobics, strength training – not as much as I think I should, but regularly. Martial arts and combat sports are not my thing, but I know the appeal is there for many.

Here is a five and a half minute video showing how NeurOptimal® has helped a professional boxer excel. Her excitement about the brain training she’s done is clear. The video is in French, with subtitles, is fun to watch, and provides an excellent explanation of how NeurOptimal® works and what it can do for you.
