Neurofeedback is becoming part of the training programs of more and more Olympic athletes. The Wall Street Journal talks about it in this article titled Mental, Physical Training for Olympic volleyball. Neurofeedback and the Olympics – training for them – is becoming more and more commonplace.
It makes sense. Among other ways it can aid performance, neurofeedback improves focus and reduces anxiety. Here in New York City, I regularly hear positive reports from clients who are performers of all kinds, comments like:
