    Neurofeedback for insomnia

    Notre Dame researcher Jessica Payne, PhD, recently published research into the positive effects of sleep on learning. Here is a quote that is the heart of the results of her study:

    “Our study confirms that sleeping directly after learning something new is beneficial for memory.”

    Pretty clear, right? Read more in this Science Daily article titled, “Learning Best While You Rest.”

    If your reaction to this is something like, but “I don’t sleep!” or, “I don’t sleep well,” or, “That would be fine if I could fall asleep,” you may want to consider seeing a neurofeedback trainer.
