In May of 2020, in the midst of full lockdown in New York City, I wrote a blog post titled NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and COVID-19.
I shared some of the many benefits and ways that training our brains helped us in the midst of the pandemic. I’ll paste those in here.
New York City was the U.S. epicenter of the pandemic. Now most of the City has reopened, and we’re finding NeurOptimal® equally helpful navigating “the new normal.”
In 16 years of working with clients, I have seen that NeurOptimal® training typically produces increases in resilience and flexibility. Surely we are all – locked down or reopened – living in a time where those things are most helpful!
Managing stress and sleep better are also common in my clients. Those things may be more important than ever to you.
